Li pral pran yon anpil nan travay yo pote sitwayen gwoup ak gouvènman an nan menm paj la, men gen kèk pwogrè inisyal te fè fè yo.

  1. Premye Minis militan pou Peyi Wa ki nan Eswatini adrese sitwayen yo an repons a reyinyon Troika SADC nan 4 jiyè
  2. A Citizens wishlist was not yet addressed in the PM’s statement but it’s an initial opening of an urgently needed dialogue between citizens groups and the Eswatini Government
  3. PM avèti yon lòt menas ogmante pou Eswatini: COVID-19

The Southern African Development Community went to the Kingdom of Eswatini to bring both the Government and private citizens groups together to allow a civilized discussion to resolve differences and stability to the country.

With the mobilization of the military calm was restored, and public servants will go back to work starting Tuesday. The acting PM in an address to the people encourages everyone to get back to work and to be aware of the spreading COVID-19 threat.

Jounal Eswatini government told the SADC tzam chapo kontrebann soti nan Lafrik di sid yo te itilize yo touye sitwayen li yo. Zam yo, gouvènman an swadizan te di, te soti nan EFF nan Lafrik di sid & yo te bay òganizasyon sè li yo, EFF nan Swazilann.

Konbatan Libète Ekonomik yo (EEF) se yon zèl gòch Sid Afriken nan yon pati politik pan-afrikenis ekstrèm goch. Li te fonde pa ekspilse ansyen Afriken Kongrè Nasyonal Youth Lig Prezidan Julius Malema, ak alye l 'yo, nan 2013.

According to two independent eTurboNews sous, ensije abiye an inifòm nan sòlda Eswatini yo te wè konfwonte moun ki gen enterè Eswatini sa ki lakòz domaj, blesi, ak lanmò.

Activists and citizens say the government stopped the delivery of petitions calling for democratic reforms, particularly for the election of a prime minister not appointed by the king.

In an interview with Audrey Brown of the BBC’s Konsantre sou Lafrik, Sikhanyiso Dlamini, the king’s daughter and minister of information and technology, said the delivery of petitions was stopped because of a looming third wave of Covid-19 and that a virtual submission process was introduced instead. ” I am saying that foreign mercenaries have invaded the kingdom, hired by these people [those who are calling for democratic reforms] with these agendas …  [They are] carrying out the most heinous of attacks and they set up roadblocks and they’re dressed in police uniforms and army uniforms, infiltrating the citizens and sending videos of themselves attacking innocent citizens. The order of shoot to kill did not come from the king if there is any such order.”

Nan entre-temps la, posts medya sosyal ak atik nan nouvèl la Swaziland akablan montre posts pa Eswatini citizens demand democratic reforms.

On Sunday 4 July 2021, two Nouvo jounalis Frame, Manyifik Mndebele ak Cebelihle Mbuyisa, ki moun ki te sou plasman nan eSwatini yo te arete, atake, ak tòtire pa fòs sekirite yo, dapre tweets pa piblikasyon an.

The New Frame journalists were in eSwatini to report on the pro-democracy protests with a specific focus on the state murder of citizens. While in the country, they were stopped at roadblocks on a number of occasions, threatened, and forced to delete material from their phones and cameras.

Asivusele Bekunene.

Our collective resolve as a Nation is to never lose sight of the over-arching objective of uplifting the lives of all emaSwati and remains unmovable and unhindered.

Malgre evènman yo nan semèn ki sot pase a ki te make pa vyolans, mete dife, ak piyaj sou yon echèl san parèy nou kanpe ini nan apèl nou an pou lapè soutni ak estabilite.

We were happy yesterday to receive the SADC Troika organ who was on a fact-finding mission at our invitation. This SADC fact-finding mission will continue in due course as we share the common regional objective of ensuring sustainable peace and stability in our region. I plead with the Nation to stay calm and patient while the process is ongoing.

Kòm sitwayen nan peyi sa a ak rejyon an, nou tout pataje responsablite pou nou pa janm angaje yo nan okenn aktivite ki nye pwogrè nou te fè pou amelyore lavi moun, kèlkeswa jan diferan pwen de vi nou ka nan nenpòt ki lè patikilye.

The unacceptable damage to Government and private property perpetrated by looters is now well into billions of Emalangeni, causing a major setback to the country’s socio-economic growth and stability. The current estimate reveals that the cost of damage stands at about E3 billion, with 5 000 jobs lost and counting. Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) were also not spared by these looters, as approximately 1 000 small businesses were affected.

Sa rive nan yon moman kote peyi nou an ak mond lan ap angaje gwo estrateji pou deklanche kreyasyon djòb epi pou ankouraje ekonomi nou yo sou yon chemen kwasans dirab. 3

The unprecedented violence also hit hard on our health sector as, among others, six health vehicles, including ambulances, were vandalised; some of which were brand new.

Men sa yo enkli machin COVID-19 espesyalize pou pwogram trase kontak ak transpòte echantiyon COVID-19 nan rejyon Shiselweni.

Nou inebranlab nan demand nou an pou nou ka fè yon sèvis efikas pou nasyon an.

Government is happy to note that the situation on the ground has stabilized over the past few days, as our security forces have resolutely ensured the maintenance of peace and order across the four regions of the country. Our security forces will continue to be vigilant in ensuring the safety of the public, businesses and other property.

We, therefore, encourage all emaSwati to continue driving our economy by returning to work and opening all businesses that were unaffected. This should, however, be done in full compliance with COVID-19 regulations. The curfew remains from 6 pm to 5 am and offices should continue to close at 3:30 pm to allow workers to arrive home safely in time for the curfew.

COVID-19 aktyalizasyon

Nou kontinye fè eksperyans yon ogmantasyon nan kantite nouvo COVID-19 ka nan peyi a soti nan 96 cases between 13-19 June, 207 ka pandan semèn nan 20-26 jen, ak 242 during the week 27 June to 3 July 2021. 5

The general trajectory of new cases shows a persistent upward trend with the testing positivity having increased from 3% to 9% as of yesterday. Three COVID-19 related deaths were reported during the past week after reporting one case during the previous week.

Pandan ke to lokatè kabann nan enstalasyon izolasyon nou an se toujou nan yon ba 9%, ogmantasyon nan figi se yon endikasyon ki klè ke peyi a se nan premye etap yo nan vag nan twazyèm. Pwojeksyon yo endike ke pral gen yon ogmantasyon kontinyèl nan nouvo ka pou pwochen 4 a 6 semèn anvan yon pik rive. Nou okouran ke yon ogmantasyon nan nouvo ka mennen nan yon ogmantasyon nan kantite moun ki mouri nan yon lag nan de semèn.

Yon fwa ankò, mwen fè apèl kont tout emaSwati yo pou yo rete vijilan epi respekte konplètman Règleman COVID-19 yo ak pwotokòl sante yo. Antretan, Gouvènman ap kontinye sous plis vaksen COVID-19 pou emaSwati entansifye egzèsis vaksinasyon nou an.

Nan fen semèn nan, nou te resevwa yon lòt 12 000 dòz vaksen Oxford-AstraZeneca. Dòz sa yo 6

pral pèmèt nou kontinye bay yon dezyèm dòz nan travayè sante nou yo jan nou deplase nan etap kap vini yo nan fè egzèsis la pran vaksen an. Ministè Sante a pral ofri dènye vaksen ki nesesè yo.

Kòm nou jwenn plis enfòmasyon sou gaye nan Variant Delta nan viris la COVID-19 nan peyi vwazen, se pou nou alèt nasyon an nan yon chans ogmante ke viris sa a ap sikile nan peyi a akòz mouvman an nan moun ki sòti nan yon peyi nan yon lòt ? Nan sans sa a, nou mande nasyon an pou li kontinye respekte Règleman COVID-19 ki etabli pa Gouvènman an kòm yon mezi pou bese enpak pandemi an sou popilasyon an.

1. Mete mask figi ou epi kouvri nen ou ak bouch ou;
2. Lave men ou oswa dezenfekte souvan;
3. Avoid crowds and confined spaces with little ventilation or air circulation;

Let us keep ourselves safe from COVID-19 and also protect our health care workers.

Malgre pi gwo ontraryete ki te koze nan sistèm sante nou an nan piyay ki sot pase a, nou pap sispann ede emaSwati genyen lagè sa a kont pandemi an. Nou pral fè tout sa ki nan pouvwa nou yo rive jwenn soti nan moun.

Reopening of Home Affairs service centers

Sou yon lòt nòt, nou ta renmen asire nasyon an ke tout Sant Sèvis Zafè Kay nan tout peyi yo pral nan operasyon soti nan demen, ak eksepsyon de Manzini, Hluthi, Hlatsi, ak Siphofaneni.

Renouvèlman enskripsyon konpayi yo te pwolonje a 31 Out 2021.

konklizyon

THEMBA N. MASUKU

Acting Prime Minister
